Affiliate Disclosure

Affiliate Commission Declaration

Flaxrootstattoo.co.nz is a participant in affiliate marketing programmes operated by various online casino and pokies operators. When you click on links to these operators and sign up or make a deposit, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

Editorial Independence

Our affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial rankings, reviews, or recommendations. All reviews and ratings on this site are based on our independent assessment of each operator's features, safety, game selection, customer service, and overall user experience. We maintain complete editorial control over all content.

Identifying Affiliate Links

Affiliate links and sponsored content are clearly marked throughout the site using labels such as "Affiliate Link," "Sponsored," or "Partner." These visual indicators help you identify when we may earn a commission from your action. Links to operators without these labels are non-affiliate referrals provided for informational purposes only.

Regulatory Compliance

This disclosure complies with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) Code of Ethics and the Consumer Protection Act 1987 (New Zealand). We are committed to transparent and honest advertising practices as required by New Zealand consumer law.

Reader Responsibility

You are solely responsible for verifying the legitimacy and suitability of any online pokies operator before engaging with their services. Please ensure you are of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction and gamble responsibly. We recommend reviewing each operator's terms, conditions, and licensing information independently.
